Thank you for purchasing our products, our refund and exchange policy is only available for 14 days after item has arrived at your location. After 14 days, no refund or exchanges will be made.
To be eligible for a refund or return, item must be defective. We are not responsible for items that have been damaged during shipping, that liability is held by the shipping carrier you selected to ship your items. Additionally, we require an email with proof of purchase as well as picture or video of defective item. If an item is defective, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive an email with all pertinent information we will send you instructions for the replacement of your items. Please be advised that due to the large number of emails we receive, it may take up to 24 hours for a response. We appreciate your patience.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the items has been received. Furthermore, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take several days depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account.
Secondly, contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The processing of refunds may take some time before it is credited to your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email with the picture or video of the faulty items and proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your information, we will send you an email with return instructions and shipping information.
There are various shipping options available when you make a purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, these delivery times are set as a means for us to provide you with the lowest prices possible on all items in our store. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks when items are in high demand or during holiday season.
You are responsible for paying for shipping for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and you did not pay for shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please provide tracking information via email when making returns.
Return times may vary depending on item returned, shipping, and location.
Please consider using a shipping service that allows for tracking of items and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during transport from your location to ours.
